During the construction, maintenance and upgrade of high-voltage overhead line networks, power utilities often encounter natural obstacles during the planning and execution phases. Crossing roads, railways, rivers, agricultural and environmentally protected areas delay work and drive-up costs. With drone technology, the process can be simplified and accelerated, rates can be reduced to a fraction of conventional methods.
